I have always tried to embrace change throughout my life, so I can continue to learn, experience and grow. It has not always been a smooth path with many challenges along the way. However, I have enjoyed working in different industries, with each chapter a new adventure that has led me to where I am today. It has been a journey of reinvention, growth and finding purpose.

I started my career in London as an insurance broker. Though it was a fast-paced, financially rewarding job in a competitive corporate world, I knew deep down that it wasn’t where I was meant to stay forever. Seeking a more fulfilling challenge, I took a leap of faith and moved to Cornwall to open my own bars. The transition was daunting, but running a business in a beautiful coastal town taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, leadership and the importance of building connections.

 

Again, I felt the need to change and challenge myself. I discovered a passion for education, so I decided to pivot once more, this time stepping into a role that allowed me to inspire others. In the years of teaching and learning, I have been fortunate enough to lead, support and shape the growth of young minds in my many different roles.

 

Now, I have stepped into coaching, a space where all my experiences come together. I understand the bravery and risk that can come with change. Every role has taught me something new, not just about business, teaching or leadership, but about myself. It’s the rich combination of these experiences that I bring to my work today.
